The residences are beautifully decorated with a mountain modern feel. Each residence has two spacious master suites, a half bath, laundry room, and balcony overlooking the ski slopes of Bachelor Gulch, with easy ski access to the Beaver Creek resort.
The three bedrooms have one bedroom with two double beds, great for kids or separate parties traveling together. Two-bedroom residences are approximately 1,600 square feet and three-bedrooms are approximately 1,900 square feet. A limited number of two and three-bedroom residences remain for sale allowing you a choice of Winter and Summer Ownership options.
